 目前研究方向

1.

以耐热酵母为平台构建利用木质纤维素生物质的微生物细胞工厂。通过合成生物学手段对耐热的马克斯克鲁维酵母进行改造,实现利用秸秆、玉米芯等材料进行乙醇、木糖醇、乳酸等产品的生产。

2.

高通量DNA合成技术。高通量DNA合成技术是合成生物学中重要的使能技术,目前研究专注于研发高效去除合成过程中错误的技术。
