长期从事钙钛矿结构过渡金属氧化物薄膜与异质结中的界面量子现象和功能特性研究,主要包括:

1.

在单胞和原子尺度上实现功能氧化物薄膜和异质结的可控制备

2.

在微纳尺度上观测和调控氧化物异质界面、表面的量子效应和功能性

3.

设计和实现氧化物电子学功能器件
